Job description

The Senior CSE’s goal is to support and facilitate the retention of our mid-market Non-Profit customers. The Senior CSE ensures our customers achieve maximum value from our products by providing outstanding experiences across the customer lifecycle - focusing on customer outcomes and improving adoption of our products.


What you'll do

  • Establish a trusted advisory relationship that works to ensure our clients overall satisfaction with our products.
  • Engage with clients in a consultative and consistent manner (e.g. roadmap presentations, product and data best practices, account and success planning and product trainings)
  • Partnering closely with Account Managers to deliver value to our customers, aiding retention and uncovering growth opportunities
  • Delivering proactive and ongoing adoption and customer success value engagements at key moments of our customers' journey
  • Acting as a liaison between product management and the customer with a focus on communicating Altrata’s roadmap and how the roadmap will deliver value to our clients.
  • Prioritizing and driving resolution on customer issues.
  • Driving product adoption by aligning our product features and functionality with customers' overall business needs.
  • Creating customer champions and advocates at all levels within the organization
  • Develop customized Success Paths that guide customers on their Altrata journey

  • You have extensive experience expanding and growing existing accounts.
  • Extensive experience successfully managing mid-market and key customer accounts.
  • You have successfully managed a book of business of over 60+ accounts.
  • Experience with implementing data-driven insights to engage clients and reduce churn.
  • Cross-collaboration amongst sales, product, and tech teams.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding quarterly goals on retention and adoption
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex client requests
