Job Overview

Join a prestigious financial services firm renowned for its commitment to delivering independent retirement plan and investment advisory solutions to a diverse array of clients, including employers, executives, and individual investors. With a substantial portfolio boasting $48 billion in assets and a nationwide footprint across 65 offices, we are on the lookout for a focused Senior Investment Service Associate to join our dedicated Investment Team's Service and Support Group.

In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to both our advisors and clients utilizing our proprietary World Managed Account Platform (WorldMAP). Your technical and operational expertise will be crucial in guiding advisors through service and technology-related queries associated with WorldMAP. This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison among advisors, WorldMAP, the Investment Team, and our technology partner, Vestmark.
  • Cultivate and disseminate your knowledge of Vestmark technology, WorldMAP services, and related policies, offering training and assistance to advisors as necessary.
  • Aid advisors in transitioning their practices to WorldMAP from alternative platforms and investment strategies.
  • Ensure accurate setup of new accounts on WorldMAP, addressing any issues with clear communication back to the advisors.
  • Update existing accounts in accordance with advisors' specifications, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
  • Prioritize and manage standard service and trading requests to ensure they are executed accurately and confirmed with advisors.
  • Address unique service requests in collaboration with leadership from the Investment Team.
  • Create and maintain model portfolio allocations, ensuring all alterations are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Monitor compliance and risk management for client accounts and the platform, addressing any issues as needed.
  • Support general administrative tasks and manage custodian-related requests or concerns.
  • Gather and communicate advisor feedback to enhance workflows, platform functionalities, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the wealth management sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment wealth management.
  • Familiarity with wealth management account processes and experience using Vestmark or comparable technology platforms is preferred.
  • Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 or a combination of Series 63⁄65, or a willingness to obtain these licenses within the first year of employment.
