Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our innovative tech team, specializing in Colocation Spend Management. This remote position offers you the chance to lead initiatives that optimize our global cloud infrastructure budget, ensuring precise financial oversight and uncovering cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the colocation procure-to-pay process, managing vendor onboarding and invoice analysis.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of proposals, engage in cost modeling, and develop strategic recommendations for successful negotiations.
  • Identify expenditure trends, drive cost reduction initiatives, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to enhance spending efficiency.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive financial reports, performing in-depth cost analyses to inform leadership decisions.
  • Oversee the colocation contracts database, streamline internal processes, and liaise with vendors to confirm billing accuracy.
  • Innovate and refine cost analysis tools, reporting mechanisms, and budgeting strategies to uphold fiscal integrity.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in supply chain management, with a focus on colocation or public cloud cost management preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven approach to supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with RFP procedures and business best practices.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the capability to analyze sizable datasets effectively.
  • Excellent business acumen with a focus on identifying actionable insights from data.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication abilities for effective teamwork across diverse groups.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
