Job Overview

Join our rapidly growing, mission-oriented organization as the Director of Sales, ideally positioned in the Central U.S. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to lead customer acquisition strategies that align with our vision of leveraging innovative artificial intelligence technology to support those living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive impairments. You will drive the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring excellence in client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new clients, targeting sustainable growth and expansion.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with prospective clients, enhancing our customer base within your designated territory.
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation through to contract finalization.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass individual revenue targets.
  • Deliver compelling and inspiring sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Harness company-sponsored events to amplify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system while efficiently managing follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions of closed deals to the implementation and account management teams.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing, offerings, and marketing tactics.
  • Relay valuable feedback from prospects to internal teams regarding our products and services.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, product developments, and best practices through continuous learning and networking.

Required Skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, particularly within a SaaS or startup context.
  • A strong commitment to integrity, customer service, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge connections quickly with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with tools such as G Suite, Office 360, Salesforce, and Slack.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
