Key Responsibilities

• Client Hours: For part-time roles, a minimum of 13 client hours per week is required, while full-time roles necessitate 22+ client hours.
• Therapeutic Methods: Employ our established therapeutic modalities, including RDI, DBT, CBT, and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions in your practice.
• Session Formats: Conduct both in-office sessions (if hired for in-person roles) and virtual sessions.
• Independent Work: Benefit from the autonomy to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
• Administrative Support: Receive compensated time for administrative duties and meetings.
  
  

Required Skills

• Candidates must be registered or on the pathway to registration with the BBS as a pre-licensed or licensed therapist.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may qualify for a bilingual pay bonus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in a mental health field is required.
• Experience with individuals facing mental health challenges is preferred.
• Candidates should reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Salinas, CA 93901 before commencing work.
