We are currently searching for a Security Track Specialist/Governance:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate audit and assessment processes.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct security training and awareness programs.
  • Perform security risk assessments.
  • Manage third-party risk assessments and compliance.
  • Organize and lead security and governance meetings.
  • Perform user access reviews and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze data and generate reports for security tracking and governance.
  • Manage Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and Continuous Monitoring (Con-Mon) following NIST guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in audit and assessment coordination.
  • Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and governance practices.
  • Familiarity with NIST standards (POA&M, Con-Mon).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for data governance.
  • Experience with third-party risk management.

Desired:

  • Proven experience in managing user access reviews.
  • Familiarity with NIST frameworks and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
