Work Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Colombia)
Work Type: Full-Time
Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM (Colombia Time)
  • Saturday and Sunday: Choose one shift:
    • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Colombia Time)
    • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Colombia Time)

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Spanish Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to enhance our client intake operations for a prestigious U.S. personal injury law firm. This role allows you to significantly contribute to our success while enjoying career growth and flexibility. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with U.S. law firms, possesses high attention to detail, and is proficient in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer any new intake calls and follow up on pending leads promptly and professionally.
  • Assess and qualify potential personal injury cases based on the firm's criteria.
  • Conduct thorough intake interviews, document all pertinent information accurately, and set up case files in the case management system.
  • Send sign-up documents to prospective clients and ensure timely completion.
  • Answer questions regarding the personal injury (PI) process and retainer agreements.
  • Facilitate bilingual communication between clients and the legal team as needed.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately entered and updated in the case management software.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling client information.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is highly preferred; familiarity with personal injury law is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1 certification or equivalent professional experience).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • High proficiency in digital technology and experience with case management systems.
  • Able to work the specified hours, including mornings and weekends.

  • Reliable internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps speeds.
  • Desktop or laptop with a recent Intel Core i5 processor or above.
