Ideal candidates will possess experience with FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation, emphasizing their expertise in environmental strategies for midstream pipeline projects involving natural gas, hydrogen, and crude oil.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing necessary permit applications, including adherence to FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.
Liaise effectively with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with a variety of professionals, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and community meetings.
Oversee project scope, budget management, scheduling, and forecasting.
Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences.
Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections.

Required Skills
