This is a remote position.
Scope:
• 20 hours per week.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM Chicago Time
• Remote position with regular communication with the US-based team.
• Potential for expanded responsibilities within the marketing department.
Responsibilities:
• Create and code responsive emails in Pardot for modern devices and email clients.
• Segment audience lists within Pardot for targeted communication.
• Implement best practices for email marketing, automation, and GDPR compliance, including opt-in requirements and management of Pardot email preference centers and suppression lists.
• Utilize Pardot automation rules and Engagement Studio flows to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall goals.
• Analyze email performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the email marketing calendar.
• Resize and optimize images for email campaigns using tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
• Build Pardot dynamic lists based on custom prospect fields mapped to Salesforce contacts.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for responsive email coding.
• Strong understanding of GDPR opt-in requirements, Pardot email preference centers, and suppression lists.
• Ability to use Pardot automation rules and Engagement Studio flows.
• Experience with image resizing software, such as Photoshop or Canva.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
