Job description

Administrative Support & Lead Management
• Answer Phone Leads (must always be available to pick-up calls).
• Follow a structured process to gather essential lead information as calls come in.
• Collect details from providers during cold calls and create CRM cards.

Diary & Calendar Management
• Manage Bookings (Calendly).
• Update and modify appointments via Calendly.
• Prepare and send reminders for meetings and the next day’s schedule.

Inbox Monitoring & CRM Management
• Inbox Monitoring (Gmail).
• Forward invoices to the appropriate addresses.
• CRM Management (Google Sheets).
• Ensure inquiries are directed correctly and follow up with reminders.

Client Communication & Daily Check-in
• Diarise dates to text clients for birthdays and any NDIS relevent updates.
• Daily Check-in with the client (30 minutes) to conduct a quick review of tasks and priorities via Google Meet.
