Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for our Oracle NetSuite ERP system, with a focus on finance and supply chain management.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify their needs and develop effective solutions.
• Lead project initiatives and change management processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Act as a troubleshooting authority, ensuring that our IT systems effectively support the development of transformative treatments.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with IT systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong background in the biotech or pharmaceutical IT sector, with experience in cell and gene therapy being advantageous.
• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting the NetSuite modules related to finance, SFTP, and supply chain.
• Proven experience in leading and working with offshore teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of applications while controlling costs.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations (CFR 21 Part 11, cGMP) is a significant plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience managing IT systems, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
