Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our Oracle NetSuite system, spearheading support, change management, and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
• Implement automation strategies to optimize financial and supply chain processes through thoughtful configurations and integrations.
• Partner with business units to gain insights into their needs, identify potential challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Commit to continuous learning to ensure you stay informed about advancements in our ERP systems and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor our offshore support team, promoting a cohesive and efficient team atmosphere.
  
  

Required Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
• At least 4 years of experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical IT sector, with additional preference for knowledge in cell and gene therapy.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing and troubleshooting the Oracle NetSuite platform across Finance, SFTP, and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing vendors, offshore teams, and a diverse portfolio of applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• A proven track record of problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications

• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, including CFR 21 Part 11 and cGMP, is advantageous.
