Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 direct client hours per week.
• Manage your schedule flexibly to accommodate personal and professional commitments.

• Licensed as a mental health professional in Virginia (LCP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• A strong commitment to providing quality mental health care.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive, percentage-based compensation paid bi-monthly, reflecting billed hours.
• Estimated annual salary based on 4 weeks of vacation:
• 25 billed hours per week: $81,250
• 30 billed hours per week: $97,500
• 35 billed hours per week: $113,750
• An additional \(5,000 to \)16,000 per year for doctoral-level psychologists based on billed insurances.
