The Service QA Leader - APAC for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring we are meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and our QMS system in the APAC region by managing customer complaints and internal deviations, conducting internal audits, representing Cytiva during external audits and driving continuous improvements.

This position is part of the Hardware Solutions Service organization located in Korea and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive and support service quality assurance and support quality management system functions within the region

  • Facilitate service customer communications associated with quality assurance  

  • Quality assurance technical advisement on service processes, including change management  

  • Lead and Facilitate service quality continuous improvement projects

  • Facilitate, Manage, and Host Internal and external audits

Who you are:

  • Minimum, Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College, preferably in a Science or Engineering discipline

  • 7 or more years of related quality experience

  • Previous experience leading quality across a region or multi-site structure, both locally and globally

  • Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and CFR requirements

  • Strong analytical- and problem-solving skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/ Environment Requirements:

  • Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications

  • Ability to travel abroad upon business needs 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations

  • If foreign national, legal work permit is required to pursue employment contract by Korean immigration law
     

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Pharmaceutical Equipment Services
