Key Responsibilities

• Administer project management through JIRA, breaking down tasks and efficiently allocating them to team members.
• Foster communication with stakeholders to delineate requirements, establish deadlines, and gather essential information for development.
• Strategically coordinate the workload of the development team while managing internal processes and collaborating effectively with other departments.
• Design and maintain web page templates on the Marketo platform, offering insights to enhance and streamline these templates.
• Execute code reviews to uphold corporate quality standards, and develop comprehensive test routines and schedules to ensure compatibility across all browsers and devices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in front-end web development.
• Expertise in HTML and CSS.
• Proficient in native JavaScript (ECMAScript 6) with a foundational knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience in ReactJS development.
• Strong command of the SASS preprocessor.
• Demonstrated ability to construct web layouts, including adaptive and cross-browser designs, without relying on CSS frameworks, alongside animation and interactivity skills.
• Familiarity with template development for Marketo is advantageous.
• Understanding of BEM methodology.
• Capable of organizing workflows utilizing Git.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong grasp of UI and UX principles in web design.
• A commitment to self-improvement and professional advancement.
• Excellent communication skills to express ideas and processes clearly.
  
  

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in front-end web development is required.
