Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in Product Development and Supply Chain Systems to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in steering the successful execution of intricate product development projects while fostering innovation and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage complex projects employing Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Establish and monitor project goals using OKRs to ensure alignment and achievement of outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive project initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate teams distributed across various locations, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Employ innovative problem-solving strategies to navigate challenges and support long-term strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and expertise in Blue Yonder ESP and OP implementations, overseeing timelines, risk management, and system integrations.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex product development projects, particularly in supply chain systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Blue Yonder ESP and OP.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Skilled in utilizing OKRs for effective project planning and execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams proficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project Online, and various project management software solutions.
