Job Overview

We invite you to join our esteemed Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where you can make a significant impact while working remotely. In this crucial role, you will support vital data enrichment initiatives for a prestigious healthcare client, thereby contributing to our quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in both voice and non-voice tasks as required.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and respect.
  • Verify information provided by third parties through online databases for accuracy.
  • Complete client-defined Enrichment Tasks as instructed during training.
  • Conduct data entry, validate vendor information, confirm board certifications, and liaise with various state boards for updates.
  • Ensure the efficient and high-quality execution of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Be prepared to accept additional tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.

Required Skills

  • Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience to effectively manage changes in processes and information.
  • Capability to work independently while also being a proactive team collaborator.
  • Proficiency with technology and computer systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inbound/outbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is preferred.
  • Availability for full-time, 40 hours per week, with the ability to commence employment immediately.
  • Must possess a reliable work-from-home environment, including a stable internet connection.
