Job Title: Partner Account Manager - Remote

We are seeking an accomplished Partner Account Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for communication with existing partner accounts.
  • Strategically devise and implement relationship management plans that foster mutual success and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new partnerships to enhance our network.
  • Create innovative go-to-market and engagement strategies that benefit both parties.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals and quotas tied to partner-related activities and new business referrals.
  • Collaborate with business development representatives and account executives to expedite deal closures and increase adoption through partner influence.
  • Represent our company at prestigious industry events.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in managing partner relationships, ideally within a B2B SaaS context.
  • Background in sales and/or business development, showcasing experience in B2B SaaS partner relationships.
  • Outstanding communication capabilities.
  • Capacity to develop creative go-to-market solutions that secure equitable partnerships.
  • Experience in re-engaging partners, customers, or accounts that have slowed in communication.
  • Technical proficiency in SaaS products.
  • Fundamental understanding of SaaS marketing and sales processes, including partnership integration.
  • Proven history of working with industry associations as corporate members or partners.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the construction industry is desirable.
  • Experience in construction technology is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Crossbeam is helpful.
