Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator (Ticket & Event Administrator) to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute significantly to the management of our event pipeline and ticket administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our team, your duties will encompass:
- Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to gauge priorities and construct the event pipeline.
- Ensuring electronic tickets are accessible and user-friendly across all vendor platforms.
- Overseeing daily operations from beginning to end.
- Communicating event notifications and pricing structures.
- Presenting pricing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Managing the general ticket email inbox and addressing inquiries, which may include evening and weekend hours.
- Administering the Ticket Management System (TMS) with precise manual entries and consistent monitoring.
- Processing PPMD requests, securing approvals, and dispatching notifications.
- Tracking unused events in TMS and resolving WBS code discrepancies with back office accounting.
- Facilitating ticket distribution effectively.
- Gathering and consolidating feedback, troubleshooting, and liaising with the MP.
- Participating in regular national ticket administrator team discussions.
- Utilizing venues for networking and business advancement.
- Evaluating contracts, interpreting terms, and devising utilization strategies.
- Sustaining relationships with external venues and vendors.
- Seeking new opportunities for ticket expansion.
- Customizing and issuing regular communications for PPMD Ticket and Event.
- Proactively liaising with PPMDs for discount offerings during quieter periods.
- Accurately processing vendor invoices in compliance with regulations.
- Analyzing ticket utilization relative to contracts and budgets.
- Collaborating with MPs to formulate scheduling strategies.
- Cultivating relationships with PPMDs and stakeholders.
- Balancing demands between MP stakeholders and Office Experience Leadership.
- Streamlining the event pipeline and delivering logistics that surpass customer expectations.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
