Job description

Purpose Of The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our clients team to create applications for one of well known food and beverage chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our organization.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

Design and implement new workflows, modules, and integrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.

Maintain and update documentation for all developed applications and processes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates.

Education, Skills And Experience

 MUST HAVE:

Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM).

Knowledge of ServiceNow Portal Development.

Proficiency in UIBuilder and other ServiceNow development tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB

Portal Development – Angular/HTML/CSS

Strong JavaScript skills

Would Be a Plus

Automation – configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs

Performance Analytics

Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps – REST, SOAP or other methods

ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server API’s
