What You Will Do:

  • Develop and launch a strategic partnerships channel focused on Telegram groups and communities that aligns with company growth goals.
  • Research, identify, and contact Telegram group owners, admins, and influencers to initiate partnerships and collaborations.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring our content is promoted within their communities.
  • Be creative and proactive in developing new outreach funnels and partnership models to attract collaborations that increase traffic and brand visibility.
  • Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of Telegram partnerships to scale traffic, using KPIs like traffic quality, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners, offering insights, data, and innovative ideas to strengthen partnerships and improve results for both parties.
  • Coordinate and design specialized campaigns during key events or seasons to maximize traffic and engagement from Telegram communities.
  • Track, report, and iterate on partnership performance to enhance future collaborations and overall strategy.

What We Expect:

  • Proven experience in Telegram partnership management or community engagement, with demonstrable results in increasing traffic and brand visibility.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (experience with US-based markets preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a knack for impressing not just internal teams but also external partners.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (lead generation, audience engagement, and traffic optimization).
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to use data to assess partnership success and identify improvement areas.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a result-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Telegram analytics tools (e.g., Combot, TGStat) or other relevant community management tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of the Telegram ecosystem, including groups, channels, bots, and automation, to enhance partnerships.

Compensation: up to 2000 euros/ gross (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.)
