How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Senior SW Specialist conducts target-oriented research to directly apply findings to the specification, design, further development, and incremental improvement of products, services, systems, tools, processes, etc. Integrates, verifies, tests, and modifies SW, HW, system components and capitalizes on innovative solutions to meet particular requirements and specifications.

As part of our team, you will:
- Develop SW and HW build-controlled production releases.
- Define product hardware and software evolution through the creation and release of documentation, change control management, supplier and customer notifications.
- Apply and maintain quality standards. Participate in process and tools evolution and improvements.
- Resolve customer tickets. Diagnose complex problems on hardware and software and provide resolution or recommend corrective actions.
- Retain technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies and provide training to new team members.
Key Skills And Experience
You need to have:
- Degree on Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Good academic level on Telecom/Networking, Operating Systems, Systems and Signals Transmission.
- Familiarization with development applications using Linux (e.g. GitLab) and good knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. C/C++, Python)
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to recognize core elements of problems, solve both concrete and abstract problems by integrating complex knowledge sources and ability to support the wider team in resolving high complexity issues.
- Ability to drive technical discussions across groups, explain and provide analysis and best-solution options and contribute to decision-making, as a way forward on reported problems.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in creating large scale applications for Cloud
- Experience with algorithm optimization & code profiling using thread, memory, network and performance analyzer tools
- Experience in 3GPP, 4G/5G Radio, Packet Core
- Experience with virtualization/cloud technologies, such as OpenStack, VMWare, Azure, AWS
- Experience with Container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
