Cella has an incredible new opportunity for a 100% remote
Business Development and Marketing Specialist with our client. In this role, your main objective will be to schedule meetings with potential clients who can benefit from our specialized digital marketing services.
This is a direct-hire role in which a passion for the yachting industry and a willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new growth opportunities and forge strategic partnerships within the yacht chartering industry.
- Develop data-driven, scalable marketing strategies to optimize digital presence and meet business goals.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns using PPC ads, email, blogs, and APIs to boost brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Align marketing efforts with business goals by working with cross-functional teams and driving innovative client engagement.
- Generate leads and conduct cold calls to introduce services, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Communicate with all organizational levels, including executives, to present services and secure accounts.
- Drive growth by positioning the organization as a top digital marketing solution within the industry.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in a high-end or specialized industry. Demonstrated success booking meetings with prospects, securing new business, and managing client relationships.
- Strong background in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Ability to forge strategic partnerships that drive growth.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that are data-driven and focused on digital channels.
- Proficiency in email marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, including with C-level executives.
- Experience in the yacht charter industry is a plus but not required.
