We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Argentina, to be responsible for the development of Salesforce applications.

In this role, you will be working to help implement new features using Salesforce technologies. Often, you are the only developer working in a codebase. You will work on debugging and triage small scale feature enhancements, or larger features spread out over time.

Tech Stack:  Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs, Git, Salesforce Command Line

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing technical requests for multiple clients
• Issuing triage and fixing bugs
• Adding small feature enhancements
• Scanning codebase to quickly learn apps and fix/add functionality
• Meeting regularly with clients
• Context switching, working on multiple client items in a day
• Educating clients on Salesforce
• Updating internal documentation and client One Pagers (Confluence)
• Ticket and work management through Jira
• Creating new orgs for clients
• Helpiing clients prep for AppExchange Security Review - code readiness, comments, updates/fixes identified from scam results
• Assisting Product Analysts with User/Admin Guide documentation
• Working in client´s desired development process (if clients have an existing process, we work with them in their process)
• Serving as backup for other Devs

Workplace: Remote based in Argentina

Must Have Skills:

• Strong understanding and execution of Salesforce concepts
• Ample experience with Agile/Scrum and test-driven development methodologies
• Responsiveness to requests from project members and supervisors
• Trailhead Trailblazer Rank of Expeditioner+
• Salesforce JavaScript Dev I and/or Salesforce Platform Dev I certification
• 4+ years high-level Salesforce application development experience (that’s 4+ years of Apex, not 4+ years of creating objects, reports and workflows)
• 4+ years developing advanced user interfaces on the Salesforce platform using Aura and/or Lightning Web Components
• Able to articulate object oriented principles in multiple programming languages
• Highly proficient with SOQL,SOSL, Triggers, Batch
• Intermediate+ core JavaScript skills
• Must use and understand Git and GitHub team development practices
• Experience with common API and integration patterns

Preferred Skills:

• CSS skills nice to have
• Salesforce Platform Dev 2 certification (bonus)
• Experience with Salesforce Packaging (2GP)
