Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for a Client Implementation Manager to join their Implementation Team.

Client Implementation Manager

Job Description

You will be the technical and design lead for a client project team, influencing team approach and leading on client communications and in client meetings for complex subject matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure projects are successfully delivered and no penalties are incurred.
  • Deliver new client implementations on time, to budget and to quality standards.
  • Support and develop team/staff to enable client service excellence and create innovate solutions.
  • Own and promote best practice within the team and oversee/sign off process improvements.
  • Deliver what we promise, reviewing and agreeing project plans for identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
  • Support the Programme/Project Managers in steering projects to successful closure and influence approach for all project deliverables, ensure all projects are resourced appropriately, escalating where this is at risk.
  • Review all project documentation for quality standards.
  • Lead the team on delivery approach.
  • Seek out efficiencies and mentor the team on best practice.
  • Liaise with programme/project managers to facilitate project deadlines and timescales.
  • Manage client expectations and communicate complex pension subjects

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience of client interaction and dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong technical pensions knowledge in DB schemes and able to explain complex matters
  • Operations background and management and/or leadership skills
  • An understanding of the regulatory bodies and their roles in this sector.
  • Has an expert understanding of implementation processes, including benefits analysis, system migration and calculation configuration and development.
  • Has an expert understanding of operational processes for all pension administrations for all Scheme types.
  • Experience of requirements gathering and design. Can document requirements and specifications.
