OnBase Systems Developer and Admin

Prequel Solutions is seeking a skilled OnBase Systems Administrator for The State of Pennsylvania. This role offers flexibility with a remote schedule, but candidates should reside within the Greater Harrisburg, PA area to be considered as you will have to go onsite occasionally. This position is an hourly W2 contract role with a payrate up to $60-70/hour, depending on experience, and offers health and retirement benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and administration of the Hyland OnBase system, ensuring software, hardware, and databases are running efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team of administrators, analysts, and project managers to support electronic business processes and eliminate paper records.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute software upgrades, system enhancements, and emergency maintenance.
• Assist with infrastructure setup, testing, and migration of solutions across different environments (SIT, UAT, Production).
• Resolve technical issues reported during business hours and provide emergency support as needed.
• Document system changes, troubleshoot defects, and monitor capacity to ensure system performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with OnBase administration, software upgrades, and infrastructure configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and support the OnBase solution in a timely manner.
• Strong documentation skills and experience working with project managers, business analysts, and vendors.
• Must reside in or near the Central PA area and be available for occasional in-person office visits.
