Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
o Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
o Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• IT Infrastructure and Systems:
o Oversee the procurement, implementation, and maintenance of IT, Network and Audio-Visual systems, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and on-premises infrastructure.
o Partner with global procurement and legal teams to establish robust service contracts.
o Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our guidelines and best practices.
• Change Management:
o Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
o Lead change management processes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Financial Management:
o Create and validate project budgets, managing CAPEX and OPEX throughout the project lifecycle.
o Provide transparent financial reporting to stakeholders.
o Implement cost-effective solutions and financial controls to optimize resource allocation and expenditure.
• Vendor Management:
o Direct vendor selection processes, issuing RFQs and RFPs, and conducting thorough evaluations.
o Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including studio, construction, and vendors.
• Knowledge Transfer and Support:
o Lead knowledge transition initiatives to ensure seamless transfer of expertise to internal resources and operational teams.
o Implement change management plans to support technology staff and internal support teams through system upgrades and optimizations.
