Role: Accounting Specialist (US-Client)

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Philippine time

Work Setup: Work-from-Home


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable, tracking incoming payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Process Payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in financial audits by preparing relevant documents and supporting the audit process.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
