Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java, React, GraphQL)

What You'll Be Working On:

· Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to ensure the highest quality product platform

· Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions

· Develop highly available and highly scalable applications

· Generate technical documentation as well as unit and functional tests

· Shape development processes to promote a high-quality output while continuing to iterate

· Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members

What You Need to Succeed:

· 5 years of professional engineering experience

· 3+ years of professional backend experience (Java)

· 2+ years of professional React experience and Typescript experience (preferred)

· 1+ years of professional experience with GraphQL (preferred)

· Previous experience working with startup and/or growth companies

· Good knowledge of API design and development

· Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site development team

· Ability to test, debug and supervise your own code

· A bias to action and passion for problem-solving

· Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies

· Experience with CI/CD tools with an emphasis on building quality code preferred

· Experience working for a startup and/or high growth tech company, preferably a consumer-oriented or marketplace service.

· Experience with developing product and user interface requirements.

· Experience working in an agile environment.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
