Job Summary

Are you a self-starter who enjoys finding prospects and solving their problems? TFS is looking for National Sales Executives focused on driving new business. The New Business Development Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business to ensure the continued high growth rate. The position requires the ability to develop effective customer relationships across all levels of an organization. The successful candidate will join a highly progressive and high growth, industry-leading company with a successful proven track record. This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a remote position with a large amount of travel required. 


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Grow our business and customer pipeline; secure signed MSAs with new customers.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and maximize customer value and TFS revenue.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and driven attitude with a strong desire to achieve personal and company goals.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on changing market conditions or client feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned
