This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time during New York business hours- Monday - Friday  9am- 6 pm, 1 hr unpaid lunch 40 hours a week

Job Description

As the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll spearhead our client’s lead generation efforts, managing a team of virtual appointment setters to fuel business growth. You’ll leverage cutting-edge tools like Google Earth to identify prime solar installation opportunities and oversee a dynamic outreach process. This role offers a unique blend of team leadership, sales strategy, and renewable energy expertise. You’ll be instrumental in scaling our client’s operations, directly contributing to the adoption of clean energy solutions across the Northeast.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 virtual appointment setters, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and refine lead generation strategies using Google Earth and homeowner data
  • Conduct bi-weekly training sessions to enhance team skills and performance
  • Create and optimize sales scripts and pitches for maximum effectiveness
  • Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with in-house sales reps to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track lead progress and team productivity
Requirements
  • Proven track record in inside sales management, preferably in solar or home improvement sectors
  • Exceptional English communication skills for effective team leadership and client interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage remote teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and willingness to learn new sales tools
