Product Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support U.S. Naval acquisition and sustainment programs by applying sound Integrated Product Support (IPS) Logistics principles as outlined in various governing documents. Provide the client acquisition IPS information and strategies throughout the lifecycle of the system in order to meet program logistics and engineering milestones. Support the client in developing statutory, regulatory and programmatic product life cycle documentation. Collect, organize and analyze logistical data the along all 14 IPS domain elements to help identify problems, solutions and product support opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an acquisition logistics Integrated Product Support Analyst

• 5+ years of experience with IPS postings

• 5+ years of experience in creating logistics documents, briefs and correspondence

• 5+ years of experience in analyzing and correlating product support data from multiple sources

• Experience working in multiple logistics domains simultaneously

• Experience in working with Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

• Knowledge of the various U.S. Navy acquisition framework models from cradle to grave

• Ability to read and interpret specification drawings and maintenance procedures

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience leading logistics teams

• Experience working with Microsoft Visio

• Knowledge of Model Based Product Support (MBPS)

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to brief the client at meetings

• Logistics Acquisition Certification

• Completion of Logistics and IPS training through the Defense Acquisition University (DAU)

Clearance:
