Join the Everest 2025 Summer Internship Program! This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world of Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance through dynamic training, firsthand business experience, and networking with the industry’s leading experts and experienced professionals. Throughout the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you have established at school and apply your learning to real world scenarios.

The Program will run for 10 weeks: June 2 – August 8, 2025

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented entry level AI Analyst Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data, technology, and artificial intelligence (AI) to gain hands-on experience in the growing field of AI within the highly regulated commercial insurance industry. As an AI Analyst, you will play a key role in data preparation, ground truth analysis, and supporting the Product Owner with implementation of AI solutions. You will work closely with IT, business teams, Data & Analytics and the Product Owner, gaining valuable insights into how AI is transforming the insurance landscape.

Your Impact & Opportunity 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with iterative data preparation, cleaning, and analysis for AI model tuning/testing/refinement.
  • Conduct ground truth analysis to validate and improve AI models.
  • Support the Product Owner in the implementation of AI projects across business functions.
  • Provide day-to-day support to IT and business teams on AI solutions as directed by Product Owner.
  • Help monitor AI systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn about AI's role in a regulated industry.

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications 

  • You are a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university, majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Possess basic knowledge of data preparation and analysis.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of AI.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).  
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.  
  • Effectively manage priorities and be attentive to details and deadlines.
