Amplify is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Senior Market Research Specialist to join our team for a four-month contract role.
The Senior Market Research Specialist will support delivering critical and empirical insights from the market that inform product development and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has a diverse research skill set and manages systematic testing of potential product content and features as well as product positioning, messaging, and samples. The Manager of Market Research will report to the Director of Market Research and will work frequently with colleagues on the marketing team as well as partner with the Product and Sales teams to execute on the market research roadmap.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, collaborates well, communicates effectively, and prioritizes to meet the needs of competing demands.

Essential Responsibilities:
Support the management of a strategic market research program, using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to inform Literacy, Math, and Science product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
Manage a research panel for in-house market research projects, ensuring optimal utilization while guaranteeing quality and timely delivery of projects.
Design market research protocols and instruments, establish clear goals, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams as well as external research vendors to produce high-quality, actionable research deliverables.
Conduct large-scale surveys, focus groups, and interviews and analyze and synthesize results to deliver impactful reports with clear business implications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of market research experience, including qualitative and quantitative methods
Experience with survey platforms such as Survey Monkey, Alida, and Alchemer
Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization
Excellent organizational and project management skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Market research experience in education publishing or ed-tech
Experience teaching with or close familiarity with Amplify products
Experience marketing elementary literacy programs
Experience marketing products to schools and districts
Experience in managing a market research panel
Graduate degree in the social sciences or a related field
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $40.00-$50.00
