How you can make a difference
The Sr Financial Analyst is responsible for creating the annual operating plan, leading monthly forecasts, and reporting on actuals and variances. This position will work closely with executive team members to understand, model, and communicate resources needs.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes within the finance department of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure the financial health and efficiency of projects and operations. The Sr Financial Analyst typically reports to a Manager or Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This role typically performs in a remote work setting.
What you’ll be doing
- Develops and maintains financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units
- Analyzes and interprets financial information, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and key financial and business metrics
- Provides advisory support on assigned business units’ strategic initiatives
- Collaborate on FP&A related process improvements; provide input to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting
- Prepares fact-based presentations to key business leaders
- Leads complex financial analysis projects
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Mentors and advises Financial Analyst team members
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related area
- 4+ years of work experience in a similar financial or analytical role

Salary Range:
$75500.00 To $116500.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
