Responsibilities:
• Facilitate servicing transfer data conversions to external parties, including but not limited to supporting data mapping, trial events, testing and managing all final transfer activities such as, pre-deconversion planning; service release workstation set-up; communication with client and new servicer; and deconversion reporting and final balancing and settlement
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and new servicers (or other 3rd parties) regarding data transfer
• Participate in and/or facilitate meetings, coordinating with clients and servicers, assisting with transfer plans, and ensuring tasks are completed
• Communicate with supervisor, clients, and servicers to ensure best practices are followed and issues are communicated and resolved promptly
• Support Interim Servicing process as needed
• Communicate internally (written/verbal) on items and/or issues concerning servicing transfers to ensure completion, accuracy, and timeliness; escalate unresolved items promptly to Team Lead or Supervisor to determine appropriate action
• Oversee internal, LoanCare to LoanCare servicing transfers between existing business partners
• Ensure data delivery guidelines are set and clearly communicated to client and new servicer
• Ensure exception reports, ad-hoc reports, and scrub reports are reviewed daily for assigned transfers
• Ensure service release processing issues are addressed and resolved promptly
• Ensure timely responses to New Servicer/Client pre and post transfer
• Direct completion of requested data scrubs required by new service
• Coordinate with the lines of business within LoanCare on changes that impact data mapping/loan transfers
• Participate in the development and maintenance of Servicing Transfer Instructions
• Ensure accurate direct transfer cost records are kept and clients are billed promptly
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing
• Experience in servicing transfers and Black Knight’s MSP system a plus
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word) required
• Project Management experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent client relations and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
• Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines, and multitask while maintaining departmental standards
