YOUR MISSION
As a Brands Ads Manager, you will be leading the Glovo Brands Ads team in Bulgaria, which helps some of the top brands on the Bulgarian market to grow their reach, engagement and sales within the Glovo audience. Your priority will be to manage and grow the Brands, Agencies & Media agencies portfolio within Glovo with the objective of launching partnerships and developing the Ads business in Bulgaria.

THE JOURNEY
- Develop and own the relationship with Glovo’s top partners – leading brands on the Bulgarian market, Media Agencies & New Businesses with huge potential for Glovo Ads, and Identify growth opportunities to increase their investment in a sustainable way.
- Negotiate collaboration agreements with Brands and Agencies, building a strong network.
- Be responsible for the execution of Retail Media campaigns and coordinate across internal departments their correct execution. Gather all the insights through deep analysis of results, elaborate reports and share them with your stakeholders to build loyalty and recurrency.
- Work closely with our main internal stakeholders to tackle problems and keep pushing the Ads agenda in Glovo.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering or related careers.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant full-time professional experience,leadership experience is a plus.
- Agency & Media background, FMCG background is a plus.
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent commercial skills–you have a natural ability to openly communicate and engage with new people. Full comprehension of client businesses and needs.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-energy sales culture with a proven track record of high performance.
- A curious mind with a strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and revenue opportunities. Proactivity is in your DNA, and you always look to raise the bar.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and can-do attitude.
- High level of written & spoken English and Bulgarian is a must.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel/Google Sheet is a must.
- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.
