Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community management strategies to enhance engagement among Nordic users.
• Facilitate discussions, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships within the community.
• Monitor feedback and actively engage with the audience across various social media platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams to drive initiatives that resonate with the community.
• Analyze community interactions and provide insights to refine engagement strategies.
• Stay abreast of community trends and adapt approaches as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English is essential.
• Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
• Strong passion for online communities and social media dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
