Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for our software services.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues via email, chat, and other communication platforms.
  • Educate clients on best practices for using our software to enhance their productivity.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest software developments and feature enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) with strong communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in technical support or software services is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to work remotely while being based in Greece.
