Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Accurately document all customer interactions in our internal support system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve support processes.
Educate customers on product features and effective use.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and technologies.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in helpdesk support or customer service is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Able to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
Familiarity with various operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
