As a Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with essential technical support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting various IT challenges, ensuring quick and effective resolutions, and delivering a high level of customer service. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Deliver clear instructions and support to enhance user satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of client issues.
Stay current with technological advancements and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve technical skills and service quality.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
A friendly and approachable attitude with a desire to assist customers.
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
