  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets and enhance the customer experience.
  • Offer insights and feedback on customer trends to help identify areas for service improvement.
  • Contribute to effective customer service strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
