Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to address complex technical problems.
Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products and support techniques.
Gather feedback from customers to help improve service delivery and customer experience.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
