Weโ€™re looking for our second Senior (Technical) Product Marketing Manager to guide our marketing team in converting n8n's products and features into persuasive narratives for our tech-savvy audience. You'll act as a vital channel for customer insights and will shape our positioning and messaging strategies while orchestrating product launches. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your mission will be to fuel both product adoption and ARR growth by connecting n8n's technical offerings with market requirements.

๐ŸŽฏ Your main goal will be to drive product adoption and ARR growth by bridging the gap between n8n's technical brilliance and market demands.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

1. Craft compelling product positioning

โœจ Conduct deep user research to understand our technical users and the challenges they face
๐Ÿ” Develop clear, persuasive messaging for both self-serve and enterprise buyers
๐ŸŽฏ Tailor our narrative across Cloud, Self-Host, Automation, and AI product offerings


2. Lead go-to-market strategy and execution

๐Ÿš€ Collaborate with product, design, sales, and community teams to create impactful product launches
๐ŸŽ‰ Execute product and feature launches that elevate our presence and brand positioning
๐Ÿ”— Ensure seamless coordination between product updates, marketing, and sales teams


3. Empower Sales with the right tools

๐Ÿ›  Equip the sales team with clear USPs, battle cards, and insights that resonate with enterprise buyers
๐Ÿ’ก Gather feedback from the sales team to improve messaging and streamline the sales funnel
๐Ÿ“Š Continuously refine sales enablement materials to drive stronger conversion rates

4. Shape our category narrative

Requirements

Must-have

๐ŸŽฏ Proven PMM experience: You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally dealing with technical audiences.
๐Ÿ“š Hybrid GTM expertise: You have a track record in hybrid PLG and sales-led motions and can drive both.
๐Ÿค Sales enablement experience: You can empower sales teams with compelling, research-driven insights and materials.
๐ŸŒ Native-level English proficiency: You articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
๐Ÿ”ง Technical know-how: You have worked with developer-focused products or technical tools like low-code platforms, APIs, or automation tools.

๐Ÿ›  OSS or developer-centric product experience: Youโ€™ve marketed open-source or developer-heavy products before.
๐Ÿ“Š Experience in scaling B2B SaaS: You have helped companies grow from $10M-$100M ARR, particularly in enterprise GTM.
