Maybe you’ve noticed that a lot of the B2B companies out there are lost with their marketing.
Some mistake Business to Business for Boring the Buyers. Others are confused about why they exist and who should care. And then there are the ones that think copywriting and content are things anyone can do well, at least with AI…
We don’t blame them – B2B marketing is not easy. But we also won’t have any of that.
These companies need clear thinking. They need a sharp pen. They need someone to make sense of their value to customers, and they need that someone to communicate that to the market in a way that generates awareness, demand, and money.
They need you, which means we need you.
We’re looking for a content professional with solid experience in marketing, ideally from an agency or an inhouse role at a B2B tech company.
You should have experience in planning, creating, and distributing marketing content that is based on customer understanding, data, and business goals. You need to be fluent in creating content and communicating ideas in both Finnish and English. Most of all, we expect you to enjoy and excel at clear, creative, and critical thinking.
The job
You will be the one making sure that your customers’ content efforts match their strategic priorities. You will get hands-on with content planning and creation, whether it’s writing blog posts, customer reference stories and guides, refining key messages, or concepting webinars, podcasts, video content – you name it. You will also report on content & SEO performance and draw insights that help your customers get better sprint by sprint.
As a Content Marketing Specialist / Strategist your responsibilities will revolve around three key areas:
1. Content marketing strategy & planning
You will develop, prioritize, and oversee the execution of content strategies. You’ll typically work with 3-4 of our B2B tech clients at once.
2. Marketing operations & analytics
You will execute tactical marketing tasks as outlined in the sprint plans and analyze the results. You’ll report on what’s working, what isn’t, and propose next steps backed by data.
3. Service delivery & customer communication
You will ensure each sprint runs smoothly, keeping both the client and internal team aligned on goals, progress, and outcomes.
Specialist or Strategist?
Your experience in B2B content marketing, agency work, and the B2B tech/SaaS field will determine whether you join us as a specialist or a strategist. As a specialist, you'll receive more support and work with smaller clients compared to the strategist role. Strategists are also expected to lead customer accounts.
