The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing Strikepoint’s clients’ email marketing programs. This role will primarily involve coordinating email advertising campaigns to drive client revenue, managing existing affiliate relationships with advertisers and publishers, and assisting with campaign performance reporting. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Google Sheets, as data analysis and budget management will be a significant part of the day-to-day activities. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively across teams, and have a strong analytical mindset. The candidate should also be comfortable managing technical aspects of digital marketing and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role focuses specifically on email and affiliate marketing. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in managing email campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and media buying.


Responsibilities
  • Excel in Spreadsheet Management: Use Google Sheets extensively for tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and managing budgets. Be prepared to live in the sheets!
  • Coordinate Email Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of email advertising campaigns to maximize client revenue.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management: Assist with onboarding new affiliates, providing ongoing support, updates, and resolving any issues to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign and affiliate program performance data, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
  • Budget & Pacing Management: Aggressively monitor and manage media budgets and pacing to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Relay key details and updates effectively in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Technical Integration: Oversee the setup and trafficking of email ads, ensuring all links, pixels, and HTML tags are correctly integrated and functioning. Familiarity with HTML/JS is a bonus.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the digital media team to develop and implement new affiliate marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Offer and Creative Evaluation: Assist in evaluating campaign offers and creative assets to ensure they meet performance standards.
