Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field recommended, 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in IT market, 3+ years overall IT/development Background, Experience with global customers and driving customer success, Technical writing skills in English.
Key responsabilities:
- Own and manage customer relationships for assigned accounts
- Develop account strategies in collaboration with Sales and Support teams
- Create long-lasting business connections and strengthen customer relationships
- Conduct onboarding meetings, product demos and presentations
- Monitor customer activity and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
