We are looking for a Middle Manual QA for the website development team!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze & test requirements
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify the requirements and support
- Create checklists & perform manual testing (Web, API)
- Report and share bugs with a team, post-analysis of reasons
- Diagnostic of problems reported by autotests (e2e(java))
- Work with logs and analysis (Kibana, Grafana, Sentry, etc.)
- Create documentation and keep an up-to-date existing one
- Actively participate in the team’s daily activities and Scrum ceremonies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, technology, and product managers, etc
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance (manual and automated testing)
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices (The role of a tester in the SDLC). Profound knowledge of testing theory, test design techniques
- Experience in writing and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports);
- Good knowledge of web technologies stack like HTTP, XML, JSON
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS
- Good knowledge of browser dev tools
- Knowledge of SQL databases

- Friendly and open communication style
- Finding necessary information from other teams
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of programming languages (Java, JS)
- Experience with bug-tracking systems (Jira)
- Experience with version control systems (GIT)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab
- Experience in SCRUM/Agile-based projects;
- Write new and support existing automated tests (Selenium Webdriver + Java + TestNG)
- Basic understanding of security testing principles and tools
