The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Administrator to join our global CS team, based in our London hub! As the Customer Success Administrator, you will be reporting to the VP of Customer Success, focusing on ensuring the Customer Success team operates efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will coordinate services and delivery across the various departments within Customer Success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Customer Success team
  • Support the processing of customer contracts and renewals
  • Support with manual processing and administration of customer orders, including courier claims and loss prevention
  • Support with the running of digital marketing campaigns and data collection
  • Support with internal and external customer travel arrangements
  • Provide support to the onboarding process for new customers
  • Own meeting creation, note-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Manage OKR and KPI processes on internal systems
  • Support with project management tasks and administration
  • Own, manage, and update internal processes and documentation
  • Maintain, update, and refresh data and slideware for presentations.
  • Support with updating any relevant website content
  • Support with any Salesforce/CRM administration work

  • Requirements
  • Proven experience collaborating effectively with multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience with running, analysing and presenting data (Google sheets, docs, slides etc)
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for customer success
