The main responsibilities:
- Elimination of incidents and defects in software products and IT infrastructure
- Monitoring of servers and virtual infrastructure
- Network infrastructure monitoring
- Collaborate with a support, quality, and development team to address customer issues
- The company’s applications knowledge, their new features, and interface
- Making suggestions for product improvement
- Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures
- Timely processing of Jira requests and setting of problems priorities
Required skills:
- Sufficient English level to work with documentation
- Javascript
- HTML/CSS
- MongoDB
- Node.js
- Understanding the support process
- Linux, SSH (command line) (servers installed on Linux)
- Prompt execution of tasks (in compliance with internal rules, regulations and KPIs)
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly.

Additional skills:
- General knowledge of the involvement and operation measurements principles and TCP/IP stack protocols
- Express/Atlassian Connect Express
- GIT/Bitbucket.
- React.js
Would be an advantage:
- REST API, JSON
- MySQL
- AWS EC2 and their basic administration
- Jira Cloud development
- Experience with Atlassian: Jira, Confluence
- Ability and desire to quickly learn various technologies and services
